CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we have the opportunity to offer your time to another client. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service. Appointments that are missed without notice will be charged 100% of the reserved services. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late and we are unable to complete your appointment as planned, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled. In this case, a 100% cancellation fee may apply. A credit card is required to reserve your appointment. By booking, you authorize any applicable cancellation or no-show fees to be charged to the card on file. In the event of a genuine, unavoidable emergency, we will always use our discretion and may waive or apply some or all of the fee toward a future appointment.
